My niece and her husband took my mom to Minnesota where there were a lot of owls this year.  (They're all avid birdwatchers, and my mom has always loved owls.) A couple of these are from that trip, and a couple of them are from somewhere else that my niece and her husband were. (I don't remember which ones are which, but I thought they were all cool enough for the web!)
