IMPORTANT NOTES:

To play the videos,
you will need the RealPlayer, which you can obtain for FREE from
here:
http://www.real.com/freeplayer/?rppr=rnwk. About 1/2
way through the installation, it will ask if you want to setup
the Premium or the Basic version. Choose BASIC for the
free version.

If you have a
broadband internet connection (500Kbps minimum), you can
stream the video directly from the web.

If you have a
dial-up internet connection, or if you want to save the file
to your computer, you will have to right-click on the
download link and "save target as" to save it to
your hard disk before playing it.
